Together, with data from other industry events and entities, we are working to compile tangible savings from the industry, showing the savings that are possible from sustainable event management.
Whether you are recycling resources generated on site, organising carpooling initiatives or using solar energy to power your event, our Event Impact Savings Calculator has several data categories that you can fill according to your events savings and have this data converted into the equivalent CO2 emissions

How To Calculate Your Impact Savings
- Create an account, login and visit ‘Dashboard’ ‘My Events’ >> ‘Create A New Event Profile’
- Fill in all sections of the Sustainable Event Profile
- Add your Event Impact Savings Statistics to the Calculator
- Click ‘Submit Your Event Profile For Approval’
- Our admin will check it over and when approved, publish your event to the Sustainable Event Showcase
- View your Event Impacts Savings counter on your Sustainable Event Profile and celebrate and share your achievements!
