The Oak package is our Full Management Package.

It is for those events that require full management for pre, during and post event for sustainability including finetuning or tailoring sustainability policies and/or new systems and initiatives, then the full management of those systems and operations, from creation to data collation.

This can be combined with our Strategy Implementation Programme – for a full Strategic Approach that will be your long term strategy, policy and operational framework, and can also be combined with full training to ensure you have an inhouse team to take it forward for future years (see the Optional Addons below).

We will work alongside the suppliers and service providers you already have, and give you advice and consultancy on your systems and operations in place, as well as fully manage all aspects of sustainability from start to finish.

Add ons are available for more in depth specialised areas of management, training and campaigning as desired.

Our on-site packages give you a range of support, depending on your need.

Oak Package – Full Management

Includes:

  1. Pre event meetings as required to discuss/refine/improve systems and operations in place and ensure all is optimally in place for the roll out of Sustainability Policies/objectives.
  2. Pre event zoom call with the service providers and suppliers to introduce the Global Green Events representative
  3. Pre event Training session for all suppliers and service providers involved in the Sustainability Sector.
  4. Pre event meetings with all food vendors, suppliers, department heads to answer any queries as required.
  5. Full On Site Management throughout all pre, during and post event days and evening hours as required to ensure operational roll out is a success. This will be shared between our Global Green Events management team as hours determine necessary.
  6. Post event review meeting or report for ongoing improvement and refining.

Pick and Mix Optional Extra Add Ons (as applicable to your event – discounted prices TBD):

  1. Strategy Implementation Programme – if you do not already have a Sustainability Strategy/Policy or set of guidelines in place. To give a selection of focus areas, aims and objectives for this and future events.
  2. Management of a Campaign and/or Promotional Team to engage stakeholders. Scope of this can be discussed…
  3. Full Training of a Sustainability Manager/Team to take over the role we are doing for future years.
  4. Management of Exhibitors to ensure Sustainability Policy alignment.
  5. Management of Camping Areas/Campers pre, during and post event to ensure Sustainability Policy alignment.

Supplier/Organisers responsibility to provide:

Contact list of all suppliers and service providers engaged.

All operational and system requirements and infrastructure.

Proof and assurance of all operations to be authentic in their promise of level of sustainability. Ie. zero waste/carbon neutral/zero to landfill etc

All signage needs (printing, placing and maintaining pre during and post event for all initiatives, bins, skips, food vendor policies, camping policies and entrance policies).

Website/marketing/media space and content for successful engagement with the initiatives in place.

Branding and design for any materials required – so they look professional and aligned with the event.

Responsibility for the site declaration/clear up.

Skip, infrastructure and equipment management pre, during and post event.

Monitoring and cleaning of all event areas including skip areas as required.

Cleaning of floors and areas throughout the event.

Data collation mechanisms and reporting from implemented systems and initiatives.

Cost:

5000 euros plus VAT (accommodation for 2 persons within walking distance of the event, food and travel expenses also must be included)
