After many years of the fast paced international world of events, sustainability, fam trips, networking, endless gala dinners and parties, the focus shifted to how to take care of the self, and in turn, how to make this part of event culture.
Events transitioned into opening up to wellness sessions, meditations, breathwork, yoga, they became part of the line up of events.
Now, after 20 years of personal work, focused on natural healing and wellness practices, to soothe and calm her own nervous system after years of non stop events, our CEO Gayle Murphy has devised a 5 pillared framework she lives and stands by, the 5 Pillars of Natural Health.
During the sessions we offer, one or all of these pillars are explored, and you never know it might not just be your clients who come away with some tools and tricks and knowledge to integrate into a better life.

Workshops and Events
Workshops and events are focussed on sharing tools and knowledge to support individuals to take real tangible practices into their daily and work life, and to be so sure that they know WHY they are doing them, that it becomes easier to do them than not.
Workshops - 2 hours or less
A mix of philosophies based on vibrational attunement, neuroscience, utilising the morphogenetic field, breathwork and meditation. Knowledge is power, and it can help us to clear our own way into practice and action that clears us from blocks of the past and launches us into our vision of the future. A mixture of information and tools learned and well used, this workshop will cover some of the vastness of your own potential and how to tap into it.
Communication can sometimes be one of the hardest things in relationships… between friends, family, lovers. But there is help at hand! Understanding what lies beneath communication, knowing ourselves, and facing our fears to share them lead us towards a clearer, more empowered way of expression. The key to expressing is to give yourself the tools, to know where you are coming from, to be able to hear others (however they are expressing) and to be supported in creating a safe space where you can both feel heard. This workshop raises awareness in the science of communication, what is beneath all our connections, what motivates and what triggers us, and gives insight into how to be able to hear and be heard.
Gayle will take you through an hour of exploring the avenues of connection that we have around us. Too often in modern society we can experience a deep sense of loneliness. A disconnection from one another and the planet. Sometimes, we are looking for connection externally, often in the wrong places. This workshop allows us to stop, breathe and explore ways to keep our cup full in this busy world. Through our breath, our environment, and through one another.

Event Experiences - 3 to 6 hours for a longer taste of transformation
Although cold immersion is really good for your health, let’s face it, getting in can be a challenge! Especially if you are not used to it!
Well….. I am here to guide you gently through the process step by step, this is your path to health and empowerment, not a sprint for performance.
The health benefits of cold immersion and breathwork are becoming more well known, but the truth is that this is a profoundly powerful healing method.
These sessions are particularly good for those suffering from anxiety, depression, autoimmune diseases, physical ailments, chronic pain or inflammation.
The sessions will entail a briefing on the epic health and physiological benefits of both breathwork and cold immersion, followed by a 30 minute guided breathwork session followed by a dip in the ice bath and integration.
Grounding is one of the most simple practices of natural health, that have the most profound impacts.
Simply touching the soil with bare skin is enough to gain huge health benefits.
In this session we will learn about the science of grounding, what happens to your physiology when you are connected to the earth and the benefits, and then we will take a walk along a natural environment, barefoot, and spend some time being present, journalling, and then sharing our journey. Sessions will take between 2 and 3 hours.
This is a plunge into understanding the potential of our mind and soul.
We often know things would be different if we could just…….
But then we don’t.
In this experience we get an overview lecture on neuroscience and the quantum field, and discuss our blocks and victories with meditation, before jumping into setting the scene to practice.
Meditation and manifestation are interlinked as both happen in the wider field that we can access when we slow down our brainwave states.
So after some relaxation we will move into a process that takes us into ourselves, then into what we want to call in, and then some real life tangible focus.
An experience that can be taken home and repeated and built on, to take you to where you want to go.
Temples here in Malta are said to be the oldest in the world, and the energy they carry can be tuned into and support us to learn to listen deeper to what is in our hearts and truth.
A guided journey, this time will be spent in shared space, and then in silence for quiet listening.
A time to deeply connect and hear our ancestors speaking through the stones, offering us insights and guidance as we need for our life.
This experience is 4 hours long.
After giving up pharmaceuticals 20 years ago, I spent many years learning alternative ways to be healthy.
And what I found out is that the earth beneath us and all that grows upon it is miraculously aligned with our own health, and especially when it comes to what is growing around you, often that is exactly what you need!
We will go on a foraging adventure where youll get to ID plants for their medicinal properties and also learn some basics about how to harness their medicine into oils and tinctures so we can make the most of them.
A nourishing 4 hour experience with a blend of nature and inside.
Everyone gets triggered. Especially by those they love the most. It is normal. So lets just get that out the way!
However it is how we navigate it and handle it that is the make or break as to whether the relationship or connection builds or breaks.
When we can learn to understand our triggers, what comes up and where the roots are, it helps us to learn to manage it better.
And the better we manage them and learn to express our emotions in a safe way, the more in touch with ourselves we become, the more resourced, and the more calm inside.
A lecture on trauma and triggers followed by some practice on emotional release practices and then an opportunity to really go wild.
All held by a certified professional.
A 4 hour session in total, including a closing sharing and journalling.
This workshop aims to give you the full solid foundations to not fuck up your relationships.
Firstly very often we struggle to get INTO relationships, or we are to EASY to get into relationships…..
Then once we are in them we either lose ourselves or make all the excuses why we should not stay in them.
This is all part of our attachment styles which is the first thing we will learn about.
And how to not only navigate them inside ourselves but also with others in relationship.
Then we will dive into how our behaviours and communication can affect others, by looking honestly at our patterns, and seeing where we want to make some changes.
Lastly we will dive into the world of conscious communication. Similar and using the foundations of NVC, we explore how to share and deeply listen to your partner, and also how to communicate without blame or judgement as best we can.
This experience is open to all genders and all sexualities and takes around 6 hours.

Trauma Informed Facilitator Training
With the event world changing fast, more and more facilitators are stepping up to offer their own personal journeys and share experiences.
After many years in the field and learning through doing (and doing it wrong) and the following 15 years of training, we now offer a Trauma Informed Facilitator Course.
The course is a 3 month container with weekly sessions and coursework, that schools you up on all you need to know to provide safe, non judgmental spaces, and equips you with the practical skills, knowledge and legalities that support you in the process.
This is a deep work for facilitators serious about what they want to bring to the world and focussed on providing a trauma informed space for clients.
